What a bargain!Aug 05, 2010
I bought this camera as a birthday present for my 13 year old grandson. He loves it. It was easy to learn use and takes great pictures. It even does well in low light situations. Its compact size makes it possible for him to carry it everywhere, and he does. One drawback is that it did not come with memory. You have to remember to buy a memory card. 4GB is good. I paired this camera with a Square trade warranty, but it is very sturdy. We have not had to try it out. This was a good buy.
seems OK but why always red eyes?Apr 30, 2010
It's been only 1 month since I purchased it. It seems fine up to now. I don't know if it's because of the camera itself, or if I have to change any settings or whatever, but people are always red-eyed in the pictures. I don't like that. I don't know if any other owners have the same problem with this camera.
I really like Samsung products overall. That's why I bought this one. If you are looking for a good enough camera that is not so expensive, you might consider this one.

I was pleasantly surprised how great this camera was. I never thought I would really like it. I've had several Sony cameras and just couldn't afford the Sony I wanted. This camera is better than the Sonys that I have owned. I LOVE this camera, how it takes pictures. It can be a little slow but I've experienced that with all digital cameras. If you are in the market and considering this one... you won't be sorry.

This item came in great condition! Very good deal. I had only a small delay in getting it, but it was due to a UPS error. Nonetheless, this camera is a GREAT deal!

I've used the Samsung SL202 for about 2 weeks and I am quite happy with it. The picture quality is very good, the viewing screen is excellent, and the camera was a good value for what it has to offer.
