This product is great! I only gave it a 4 only because it takes longer that I want for it to warm up. Other than that I am loving it. I did order the option for duplexing. Very simple to install and set up by using the functions one the printer itself. There is a built in webpage for connecting and setting up the printer. It too is simple for simple changes. The more complex of your network/solution the challenging the settings can be. I ordered the Wi-Fi option and it took a little to set up-directions are a must read though. Great product for home or small business. I will never go back to ink. A color printer is next on my buying list.
