All items are guaranteed to arrive safely, work perfectly, and be exactly as described, or you may return the item for an exchange (if available) or full refund. Please view our outstanding Amazon feedback regarding our products and service.
All returns must follow these guidelines:
- For items shipped by Amazon's Fulfillment by Amazon service, the same return policy applies as if you bought the item directly from Amazon. To initiate a return, go to amazon.com, click Your Account, then Return Items or Gifts, and you should see the order and return options.
- For order not fulfilled by Amazon: items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. However, if you are reporting shipping damage you must email us within 2 days of receiving your item to let us know about the damage. You will receive a reply with return instructions as soon as possible (usually within a few hours).
- The item's return postmark must be within 5 business days of receiving return instructions and the item must be sent with tracking information. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is not shipped back to us promptly (for example, a return would be refused if shipped back several weeks after you received it).
- If there is damage or a defect upon arrival we will take care of any insurance claims, after we receive the item back from you and verify the stated damage. In this case for insurance purposes you must also provide a written statement via email that the item arrived damaged. For all exchanges, we will send you a replacement within 1 business day of receiving the defective item back. If the same model is not available at the time of your return you will receive a full refund instead.
- For returns of unwanted, non-defective items we cannot refund the original shipping charge. If the item was Brand New and you opened it there will be an additional 15% restocking fee since we will then have to sell it as Used. There are no restocking fees on used, open box, or refurbished items, provided you return everything in the same condition as shipped as noted below.
- The item must be received with all accessories (including box if applicable) in the same condition it was shipped. If any items are missing we will deduct the cost to replace them.There may be a reduction in refund if there is cosmetic wear caused by you or anyone else with access to the item while it was in your possession (in other words, wear that was not present when we shipped it to you). So please be careful with the item, it is better for both us and you.
Please note: These situations are extremely rare, but unfortunately not non-existent, so we need to mention them:
a) If the item is damaged while in your possession due to misuse, including damage due to being dropped, exposed to liquid, fire, or any other misuse that voids the manufacturer's warranty, then the item is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
b) You must return the same item we shipped you. If you attempt to return a different item, no refund will be given and you may be reported for fraud, depending on the circumstances of the situation. We keep detailed records of all items and have zero tolerance for buyer fraud. |
