• The majority of our items are now shipped by Amazon's fulfillment service. For those items, you will receive the same shipping policies, delivery speed, and service you would receive on any item ordered directly from Amazon. These items have a "Fulfillment by Amazon" icon next to the "Add to Cart" button.

For items not shipped by Amazon, the following policies apply:

• All orders are guaranteed to ship the same or next business day that your order payment is received. If you place your order by noon Pacific time it will usually ship the same day.
  
• Orders shipped by us can only be shipped to a continental U.S. street address.
  
• Standard delivery usually ships either FedEx Ground or UPS Ground and normally arrives 1-3 business days after your payment is received. Some shipments may take up to 5 business days to arrive depending on your location, so if you need to know a more specific delivery time quote, please contact us with your city, state, and zip code, as well as let us know which item you intend to order.
  
• Expedited orders usually ship via a 2-business day service. Please note depending on your address your order may ship via Ground if the scheduled delivery time is 1-2 business days to your address. 
• Please note that your item may possibly require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays in arrival if you are not present when delivery is attempted.
  
• Any exceptions to the above shipping methods (for example, on heavy or very expensive items) will be listed in the item description.
• No international shipping. Sorry, no exceptions. Inquiries about shipping to other countries will not be answered.
