• Some of our items are now shipped by Amazon's fulfillment service. For those items, you will receive the same shipping policies, delivery speed, and service you would receive on any item ordered directly from Amazon.

For items shipped by us, the following policies apply:

• All orders are guaranteed to ship the same or next business day that your order payment is received. If you place your order by 1pm Pacific time it will usually ship the same day.
  
• Standard delivery usually ships either FedEx Ground insured or USPS Priority insured and normally arrives 3-5 business days after your payment is received. Canadian shipments are sent international USPS Priority and may take 5-10 business days to arrive. Please note: all items ship from Oregon, thus standard delivery often takes 5 business days to the East Coast. If you need your item faster please choose Expedited shipping. If you live in OR, WA, ID, or Northern CA, standard delivery should arrive within 2 business days so there is generally no need for you to choose Expedited shipping.
  
• Expedited and Second Day delivery usually ships via FedEx 2-day insured and arrives 2 business days after shipment. In some cases (such as PO boxes), expedited items may ship via USPS Express insured (1-2 day delivery). Expedited shipments to Canada ship via international USPS Express and usually arrive in 3-5 business days. 
• One-Day shipping normally ships via FedEx Standard Overnight and is scheduled to arrive by 3pm the day after shipment. Please keep in mind that weekends do not count as delivery days. For example, if you order on a Thursday night or Friday morning and choose One-Day shipping, your item would ship Friday and would be scheduled to arrive on Monday.
• Please note that your item may require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays in arrival if you are not present when delivery is attempted.
  
• We ship to all U.S. addresses including AK, HI, APO/FPO, and U.S. Protectorates. We also ship to Canada.
  
• Any exceptions to the above shipping methods (for example, on heavy or very expensive items) will be listed in the item description.
• No other international shipping. Sorry, no exceptions. Inquiries about shipping to other countries will not be answered.
